What our lifetime warranty covers:

If you discover any such defect, we will repair or replace your product with a new one, depending on the severity of the problem.

What our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, impacts, transport of heavy or sharp objects, exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions (e.g., fire or water).

If you have a problem with a product that appears to be a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@batohiro.com. Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and attach photos of the defective area. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

To claim the lifetime warranty, it is necessary to register in the Account section on our website. The lifetime warranty applies only to registered customers.
