How long does delivery of the order take?

The order we receive by 12:00 will be prepared on the same business day. Orders after 12:00 will be prepared the next business day. Please pick up your personal collection only after you receive an SMS or email.

What types of delivery do you offer and how much do they cost?

Shipping is free over 2500 CZK. Goods in stock are shipped the next day. Carriers we use:

PPL courier - 120 CZK,
Zásilkovna - 65 CZK.

Returns are possible within 30 days of ordering. You can find all information about returns here.

Is it possible to return or exchange a backpack/clothing?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery. Just contact us, send the goods back in their original condition, and we will refund your money or send another product.

Do you have a warranty on the products?

We provide a lifetime warranty on all backpacks and waist bags. If any problem caused by manufacturing or material appears, we will repair your product or replace it with a new one. A standard warranty applies to other products.

Nakonec jsme uzavřeli dohodu, že si uděláme výlet do Prahy, stavíme se v Batohiro na nákup.
Nečekal jsem, jaký úspěch bude mít i mezi kamarády. Co dělá tohle triko výjimečným, je samotná značka. Není to masovka ze Zary apod., nezná ji každý, a právě to mě na tom baví. K tomu mega kvalitní materiál a hlavně ten příběh v pozadí.
Jsem rád, že se někdo snaží dělat prémiové produkty mimo asijskou výrobu a navíc srdcem. Fandím vám!
