How long does delivery of the order take?

The order we receive by 12:00 will be prepared on the same business day. Orders after 12:00 will be prepared the next business day. Please pick up your personal collection only after you receive an SMS or email.

What types of delivery do you offer and how much do they cost?

Shipping is free over 2500 CZK. Goods in stock are shipped the next day. Carriers we use:

PPL courier - 120 CZK,
Zásilkovna - 65 CZK.

Returns are possible within 30 days of ordering. You can find all information about returns here.

Is it possible to return or exchange a backpack/clothing?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery. Just contact us, send the goods back in their original condition, and we will refund your money or send another product.

Do you have a warranty on the products?

We provide a lifetime warranty on all backpacks and waist bags. If any problem caused by manufacturing or material appears, we will repair your product or replace it with a new one. A standard warranty applies to other products.

Kluky z Batohira znám díky článku na CC a jejich příběh mě zaujal! Objednal jsem si pár triček a ledvinku. Tohle triko si užívám nejvíce díky designu potisku a střihu!

Hodně jsem váhal kvůli střihu, nebo velikosti. Vyzkoušel jsem na prodejně v Praze. na 184cm mi vyhovuje M, ale vlastně i L. Zálěží asi na každém. Díky širšímu střihu ramen je to trochu univerzální.
Látka je velmi příjemná. Triko jsem si vybral díky reklamě na insta a díky grafice na zádech.
